were enrolled in Agriculture, Forestry and Food Sciences at German universities during the winter term 2010/11.
The number of students attending these lectures is almost six percent higher than in the winter term 2008/09.
There is a positive trend in new applications for Agriculture, Forestry and Food Sciences:
In 2008/09 winter term, 7738 Students were enrolled in their first year, two years later it reached 8562 freshmen.
This is an increase of about eleven percent. Females constituted the majority with a share of 55 percent of total students.
