Please note:

  • all fees are Euro based, so may fluctuate with the exchange rate. Please contact us for the exact amount in South African Rand
  • there are two fee components: the Embassy Visa fee and the handling/return courier fee for the facilitation and handling between Durban and the German Embassy in Pretoria
  • Please check below for possible fee reductions

Payment options

We accept:

  • EFT (ZAR): electronic transfer to our account
  • Cash or Credit Card payment (VISA, MASTER and DINERS only): an additional R50 bank transaction charge will apply
  • EFT (EURO) to a Euro account: the Euro fee plus converted handling/service fee (see below) applies - please pre-confirm the amount with us!
