Joint German – South African program ‘Pharmacy of the Future’ won the First Prize at the first ever ‘German Global Health Award’ in Berlin. The successful partnership between Mach4 Automationstechnik and Right to Care was funded by the German Ministry for Development Cooperation (BMZ). The prize was awarded by German Minister of Economic Affairs, Brigitte Zypries on May 17.

Lufthansa has introduced its new direct year-round flight between Frankfurt and Cape Town. On December 2, the newly retrofitted Airbus A340-300, boasting 279 seats, left the German financial city to arrive in the Mother Town only eleven hours later.
